As a native Spanish speaker, Irma believes it’s important to be able to communicate with clients in a language they understand. She is regularly in contact with clients to keep them updated about their cases.

Irma is licensed by the State Bar of California and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she previously held various leadership positions, including Chapter Chair. She received her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. In college, she studied abroad in México at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). As a new mom, she has little free time but enjoys cooking and looks forward to more travel when her daughter is older.
